Ellen Hardy is the founder of She Is — a community-driven platform and events movement created to help business owners feel seen, supported, connected, and empowered in business and life.

With years of experience hosting business networking events, community initiatives, markets, and women in business events across the region, Ellen has worked closely with hundreds of small business owners, creatives, founders, and solo-preneurs. Through these conversations and experiences, one thing became incredibly clear — so many incredible business owners are overwhelmed, under-supported, and struggling to market themselves effectively despite having amazing products, services, and stories to share.

The summit was born from years of witnessing talented business owners with huge potential held back by marketing overwhelm, lack of clarity, inconsistent visibility, and not knowing how to effectively communicate their value.
